CDAY written in C is a calendar almanac. Run it at your system startup or as 
a scheduled task. Pipe it to a MOTD. Append its output to your e-mail messages.
CDAY reports events and birthdays and displays the calendar in multiple systems:

    * French Republican
    * Great Underground Empire (Zork)
    * Hebrew
    * Julian
    * Julian Day Numbers
    * Mayan
    * Moon phase
    * Shire (J. R. R. Tolkein's Lord of the Rings)

    Happy Birthday to...

    On this day...


To avoid confusion, especially if you run another Date/Time program as 
part of your MOTD, it is suggested that you supress the calendar portion
of the output (then only 'Happy Birthday to' & 'On this day' are displayed):

		cday -c
