LOGRING is a small TSR that monitors a modem, and logs how many times 
an incomming call rings, and how long the caller connects through the modem.  
Useful to note strange activity (i.e. someone single rings then hangsup) or 
how often your modem is accessed (i.e., popularity of your dialup service).
Unfortunately, loging is only time/date and duration.  It does NOT log any 
CallerID information.  

NOTE: As logging is done through polling, this program will eat CPU cycles.
