This is a TSR that will lock the keyboard and mouse 
with your password, when you press the CTRL+ALT+INS 
key combination, preventing accidental (or malicious) 
input when you are not at your station.  You can unlock 
the keyboard and mouse when you again press this key 
combination, and enter the same password you used to 
lock the keyboard and mouse.  

While locked, the screen will show a slowly flashing 
red border, but all other contents on the screen will 
still be displayed (this is NOT a screen blanker or 
Boss key).  Programs running in the background will 
also continue to run.  

Command line switches allow automatic startup, suppression 
of the flashing border, or TSR unloading.
