µDCL [micro_DCL] is a DIGITAL Command Language 
script interpreter for DOS.  You can configure
the "DCL.INI" file so that unknown commands 
will be passed to the Command Interpreter.  
DCL supports EMS swapping.

Included with µDCL (as a part of the HELP 
system) is a very nice HyperText engine for 
DOS, by John W. Small, that reads "HTX" files.  
Unfortunately it does not come with documentaion,
but if you study the HTX files that come with 
µDCL, it should be easy to figure out how to 
create hypertext HTX files of your own.
