dBASE IV (four) is a flatfile database management system developed 
by Ashton Tate (later Borland).  Run "dbsetup.exe" to configure.  
Version 1.5 and 2.0 are similar, but 1.5 was the more popular, and 
had the most support from 3rd party utilities and supplements.
