Ensemble is actually the name of a robust set of Office Tools and utilies which 
run inside a Graphical User Interface called GEOS.  GEOS (included as an integral 
part of the Ensemble install) is a Shell that runs on top of DOS (which looks and 
functions much like Windows 3.0).  This is a full installation of Breadbox Ensemble 
(generically registered using s/n 4120-2240-0017-6569) installed to "C:\ENSEMBLE".  

GO.BAT launches the Shell (it calls LOADER.EXE).  

This installation is currently configured for a Microsoft PS/2 Mouse (using the 
built-in driver) and a VGA 640x480 16-color video card.  No printer or sound card 
was selected, and only base memory is being used.  These preferences can be changed 
at any time.  Although Ensemble can be used without a Mouse (or a CD-ROM driver), 
many features will be lacking.  Be aware that the built-in PDF reader will only read 
original format (viewable by DOS Adobe Acrobat Reader ver 1.0) PDF files.


The installer wanted Config.sys to include:
 BUFFERS=30
 FILES=30

The installer wanted Autoexec.bat to include:
 @echo off
 PROMPT=$p$g
 PATH=C:\ENSEMBLE

Note that these are preferred settings.  The Shell will load without them.  
Obviously if you change the working directory, the PATH should be changed as well.
