Wildcat! BBS single line (ver 4.10) Commercial made Abandoned Freeware The Wildcat! BBS was an extremely popular commercial Dialup BBS hosting program, originally from Mustang Software, and now owned by Santronics Software. It came in Single Line, 10 Line, 48 Line, and Unlimited Line versions. The DOS Single Line version of Wildcat! was offered as a DEMO, but with the communications routines disabled (you could only connect from the local PC). You could enable your DEMO with a registration code. When sales of the Dialup DOS version of Wildcat! BBS were discontinued, they let the public have the DEMO activation registration code. This is the single line version of the DOS dialup Wildcat! BBS hosting program. Registration code is in the file "reg_code.txt". If you have a land-line which you rarely use for voice (such as the phone number that comes with your DSL), why not use the idle phone number to run an old-school dialup BBS?
