WHOIS is a Client that queries a Whois server for directory (Whois)
information using TCP port 43, as described in RFC-954. 
You must have a "WATTCP.CFG" file in the same directory as WHOIS.  
The Wattcp file needs to first be configured with your IP information.  


		whois [-?vd] [-h host] name


WHOIS option 'v' displays version with which WHOIS was compiled and the 
compilation date, as well as listing of valid switches. Option '?' just
displays a listing of valid switches.
