MiniTelnet is a tiny Telnet program for WATTCP.  You must have "WATTCP.CFG"
in the same directory as "MT.exe" (configure Wattcp with your IP information).  

MiniTelnet emulates the following terminals:
   VT52    - Complete emulation.
   Heath19 - Just a mutant VT52.
   VT102   - Complete except for double height/width characters.
   VT200   - Everything in VT102 plus a bit more.  Not much more.
   ANSI    - Oooh, this is a good one.  Emulates IBM ANSI.SYS stuff,
             *plus* SCO UNIX/ZENIX "standard" ANSI codes.  It knows how
             to handle SCO's weird console color sequences!  Yay!
