Dillo for DOS (ver 3.0.2b) Abandoned Freeware Dillo for DOS is a port of the Windows Dillo web browser. It uses DPMI, so can only work on a 386 or newer PC. Dillo for DOS uses the WATTCP stack, so before you can run the browser, you must first load a Packet Driver and configure the "WATTCP.CFG" file with your IP address information. Dillo for DOS is a fully graphical browser that can display images and download files. Features include: - Mouse support - CSS support - SSL support - Image support - Tabs - Bookmarking web pages - Page Source viewing - Downloading files to a user specified directory - Saving web pages as HTML files - Printing web pages to postscript files - FTP directory viewing in text mode Some limitations in this version include: - no Java or JavaScript support - no flash support - PDF files not directly viewable in browser Some Customizations: You can edit "Dillo.bat" to change environment settings. You can manually edit "dillorc" to change preferences. You can manually edit "keysrc" to change key bindings. You can manually edit the bookmark file "bm.txt".
