ELECTRC2 is a useful program for the do-it-yourself home electrician.  
It performs common electrical contracting calculations such as:

    Power/voltage/current/resistance of resistive loads.
    Lighting fixtures (using the zonal cavity method).
    Conduit size for combination of different wire sizes & types.
    Voltage drop for various loads, voltages and run lengths.
    Required wire size based on allowable voltage drops.
    Cost to operate various loads at different kwh charges.
