Generic CADD was a popular, and much easier to use, 
2D CADD competitor to AutoCAD.  In the late 90's, 
AutoDesk acquired Generic CADD, then discontinued it.  

CADD.exe is the executable.  CONFIG.exe will change 
the video, pointers, printers, and drawing defaults.  
ACON.exe will both change the default paths (currently
configured as "\APPS\CADD6") and convert Generic CADD 
drawings to and from AutoCad *.DXF files.
