FRACTION is a command line fraction calculator for two numbers, that 
also handles decimals. It only supports the four operators + - * /.  

Enter the two numbers to be calculated on the command line.
Each of the numbers can be in either fraction or decimal form.
The program returns:
	The result: (as a fraction)
	Converted to a mixed number: (as a whole and fraction)
	Decimal equivalent: (as a whole and decimal)
