SetMul is a program that can reduce the multiplier of the 
VIA C3, Cyrix 5x86, and AMD K6/7/8 Mobile processors. The 
software can also disable the L1 and L2 Cache. The SetMul 
programs main purpose is to help play old DOS games.  

SetMul requires DPMI, and will find and execute CWSDPMI 
if this file is in the same directory as the SetMul 
executable (bypassing the need to pre-load DPMI services).
Note: program ships with CWSDPMI V0.90+ (r5). This file 
can be deleted and replaced with CWSDPMI release 7.
