LOCK and UNLOCK are companion programs.  
LOCK encrypts a file, rendering it unreadable 
to anyone who does not know the user-chosen 
passphrase.  Subsequently, using the same 
passphrase, UNLOCK will decrypt the file.  


CAUTION: Although this is a very easy to use 
command line encryption program, the file 
to be locked can not exceed 62k in size.
