This is a version of Lame for DOS.  Lame is 
a MPEG Audio Layer III encoder, that converts 
WAV files into compressed MP3 files.  

Lame requires DPMI, and will find and execute CWSDPMI 
if this file is in the same directory as the Lame 
executable (bypassing the need to pre-load DPMI services).
